The A Happy Day Story:
My mother was two years old in 1924 when her mother wrote and illustrated a one-of-a-kind book for her little girl. Pen and ink with watercolor drawings and poems she wrote and inked in her unique calligraphy style. I meticulously revised my grandmother's original book, and published it under the Tish and Company banner. Winner of an IPPY award, Best Book Arts Craftsmanship.
See the illustrations on Etsy, where you can download and purchase digital images for your use, as well a few of grandma's other vintage images.
My Poshmark page features my A Happy Day book and framed wall art of the illustrations from the book, as well as ready to hang prints of my artwork and fun revised and revived accessories and vintage items.
